These terms govern all enrolments made under the Instalment Payment Option at Beauty School Cardiff. By choosing this option, students agree to the following:
1. Eligibility and Minimum Spend
Instalment plans are available only for courses or course bundles totaling £1,500 or more. Students may combine multiple courses to meet this threshold.
2. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) is required upon enrolment to secure placement and confirm commitment.
3. Payment Expectations
Remaining balances must be paid through regular, reasonable instalments. While fixed payment amounts are not mandated, payments should reflect the student’s willingness and ability to clear the balance. If no payment is made within four weeks, reminder notices will be issued. Four weeks without a payment is considered an unacceptable delay.
4. Weekend Programmes – Attendance & Missed Topics
Students enrolled in Saturday or Sunday school who miss a session will have the missed topic moved to the end of the rota. If the same topic is missed more than three (3) times, Beauty School Cardiff reserves the right to remove that topic from the course entirely, without refund or compensation.
5. Completion & Certification
No course materials, assessments, or certifications will be issued until the course is paid in full. Partial payment does not entitle the student to any portion of certification or qualification.
6. Communication & Course Standing
Students must communicate proactively regarding their payment and attendance. Repeated non-communication, payment issues, or absences may result in suspension or removal from the course.
7. Non-Transferability
Instalment plans and enrolments are non-transferable and apply solely to the original enrolled student.
8. Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on additional payments are discretionary and evaluated in accordance with our general refund policy.
9. Third-Party Payments & Beneficiary Responsibility
Where a course is paid for by a third party (such as a parent, guardian, or family member), and the enrolled student is over eighteen (18), the student is considered the primary beneficiary of the course. All rights, responsibilities, and communications regarding course content, attendance, and certification remain solely with the student.
No information will be disclosed to any third party unless the student provides written consent, authorising communication strictly for financial purposes, in compliance with GDPR regulations. Without consent, we cannot liaise with any third party.
