Please read our terms and conditions before purchasing your course. You are bound by our terms once you have booked in for your course and have selected your start date.
Telephone and email booking must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to your start date. (If payment is not made we reserve the right to allocate the course to another delegate.)
Transferring/ cancelling course dates after booking will incur a £50 admin fee per session.
Cancellation of courses
Charges will apply should you cancel your course;
*20 plus days before the start date set at 50% of the course total
*1-20 days before the start date set at 100% Of the course total
*We will not refund your course after the start date, and it is the student's responsibility to remain available for the course.
*Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing with an invoice for any fees due
*Course deposits are not refundable
*Any agreed refunds by the provider may take up to 30 days to be processed.
Course Dates & Venues
We reserve the right to alter course dates and venues without liability.
In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot be given by the provider a full refund will be offered, or new training date be made available.
Refunds exclude any costs incurred by the student such as; ( travel expenses, accommodation, annual leave).
Students must remain available for their training,
We do not allow any of our courses to be used for teaching purposes unless expressed in writing by us and all materials are protected by copywrite. .
