This one hour long treatment uses a combination of crystal healing, to unblock energy points that have a build up of stagnant energy. Along with Reiki energy healing to promote relaxation, improving the flow and balance of your energy, to support healing.
Aromatherapy & Warm Salt Stone Massage

An invigorating, fully relaxing full body massage with custom chosen essential oil based on your consultation. Our custom blend oils are massaged in to the body using warm Himalayan salt stones, that help balance the central nervous system, for deep relaxation, to improve sleep, well-being and provides immune support. The salt stone is great for skin exfoliation and balances the positive & Negative ions to reduce inflammation.
Non Surgical Face Lift Massage with Energy Healing

Indulge in an energy healing session at the same time as having a deep cleansing and massage nourishing facial. All natural products are used to cleanse and balance the ph of the skin, whilst using an aromatherapy steam. Treatment is completed with the full lifting pressure point massage and 15 minutes of head neck and shoulder Reiki healing. Treatment time is 1hr and 15mins.

Our naturopath treatment sessions start out with consultation and a course of treatments are arranged for that sitting. We may use a combination of up to 3 treatments dependent on findings from your consultation. Treatments used in combination may include; Indian head massage, Back acupressure, Hopi candles, Infrared light and lymph draining massage, Hot/ Salt stones, Reflexology, Swedish, Thai Hand leg & Foot, Aromatherapy, Energy work. Completed with a personal home care guide.
Triple Sequence Healing Session

This healing session begins with a psychic energy read consultation and tarot card spread to assess a map of where you are and any blockages you may be facing at current times. On completion of your consultation we will begin our second sequence of a one to one guided meditation used to release negative thought patterns and to release anything that no longer serves you. Upon the findings of your meditation you will then enjoy a relaxing crystal and energy balance & hopi ear candle aura cleanse.
